VidyarthiSarthi.ai is an AI-powered Physics tutoring application developed and operated by Vidyarthi Sarthi Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Eligibility
The VidyarthiSarthi.ai service is intended for students in Class 11 and Class 12 preparing for CBSE, UP Board, and NEET examinations. By using the service:
- You confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
- If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that a parent or guardian has given consent for you to use the service.
- You confirm that you are using the service for educational purposes.
3. The Service
VidyarthiSarthi.ai provides an AI-powered, voice-first, offline-capable Physics tutoring platform. The service includes:
- Daily structured Physics lessons in Hindi, Hinglish, and English
- AI-powered Socratic questioning and misconception detection
- Voice-based interaction and response
- Offline lesson delivery after initial download
- Progress tracking and mastery-based learning
- Access to numerical practice problems
The service is currently available on Android (minimum Android 7.0, 2 GB RAM). The service currently covers Class 12 Physics. Additional classes and subjects will be added over time.
4. Subscriptions and Payments

- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Razorpay and UPI.
- Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the application.
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period after payment is processed.
- Founding member prices are locked in for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
5. Free Trial
New users may access a limited free trial of the service. The trial is available once per device. During the trial, access to lessons and features may be restricted compared to paid plans.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
- Use the service for any purpose other than personal educational use
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or extract content from the application
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
- Attempt to circumvent subscription or trial limitations
- Upload, transmit, or input any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Misuse the voice input feature to transmit content unrelated to Physics education
7. Intellectual Property
All content, technology, and intellectual property within VidyarthiSarthi.ai — including but not limited to the application software, lesson content, AI architecture, audio assets, animations, and the underlying Learning Operating System — are the exclusive property of Vidyarthi Sarthi Private Limited.
The technology is protected by 12 patent families filed with the Indian Patent Office, New Delhi (Application Nos. 202611073742 to 202611089509). Sole Inventor: Rashid Ali Khan.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the application for personal educational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content within the application.
8. AI-Generated Content
VidyarthiSarthi.ai uses AI systems to generate tutoring responses. While we apply significant effort to ensure accuracy:
- AI responses are for educational guidance only and should not be treated as definitive academic authority
- You are encouraged to verify important facts against your official textbooks and curriculum
- We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated educational content
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by:
- Using the Delete Account option in the application Settings
- Emailing vidyarthisarthi.ai@gmail.com with your registered email address
Account deletion will be completed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be cancelled before account deletion.
10. Parental Consent
If a user is under 18 years of age, use of the service requires parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians may contact us at vidyarthisarthi.ai@gmail.com to review, update, or request deletion of their child's data at any time.
11. Referral Programme
VidyarthiSarthi.ai operates a referral programme under which users may earn ₹100 per new subscribing student referred. Referral rewards:
- Are paid to the UPI account registered by the referrer
- Are conditional on the referred student completing payment for a subscription
- May be modified or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice
- Are not transferable or redeemable for cash beyond the UPI payment
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application at all times
- That use of the service will result in specific academic outcomes or examination results
- Availability of all features at all times during the beta and early access period
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vidyarthi Sarthi Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the application or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
